Contest Rules and Regulations

1. The nomination form is readily available on the Travel.ru.
2. If the same candidate is nominated several times by the same person, only the latest nomination is accepted.
3. If the candidate is nominated in a wrong category, the nomination is not accepted.
4. If two candidates get equal number of nominations in the same category, the final decision about the award winner is made by the Award Committee.
5. If each candidate in a category has accumulated less than 10% of the total votes in this category, nobody is selected a winner.
6. The Award Committee counts the votes after the vote is closed and announces the final results within two weeks.
7. The Award Committee is formed annually. The Committee includes three Travel.ru representatives and up to 10 invited travel industry experts. The list of the Committee members is published before the start of the nomination process.
